Internal reordering and major extension to 1930’s house, New Malden
This house is built on a generous corner plot and was entered via a side porch. Reordering the plan to enter from the front allowed for a substantial wrap around extension to the sides and rear. Our client loves to cook and entertain so a generous kitchen, dining area and utility space were essential. The family area has sliding doors onto the drinks terrace with pergola. Improvements also include a study, snug room and wet room and an extended family bathroom.
