Edge Grove Pre School

Innovative new Pre School in Hertfordshire Green Belt

Nursery and Pre-Prep Edge Grove, Aldenham, Alterations and refurbishment sate of the art 21st century provision

Edge Grove needed a larger home for their youngest pupils age 3 and 4. Green belt restrictions meant that repair and conversion of an existing building was the most efficient solution.

The new facility is in keeping with the ethos of the school where to “flounder intelligently” or think laterally is highly valued. The new plan created a series of inter-connected vibrant and stimulating learning zones which allow free flow around the building. Facilities include a child size working science kitchen, dedicated story telling area, ICT bar and art & craft and dance studios with further exciting opportunities for soft and role play under the canopy or in the gardens beyond.
