Partner and Director of Architects Practice (Elbourn Architects Ltd. 2003 – Present )
Designing new buildings, extensions to and refurbishments of existing buildings, obtaining Planning Permissions, Listed Building Consents and Building Control Approvals, carrying out detailed design and administering Building Contracts during construction.


Whitfield Partners

1991 – 2002 (11 years)

At Whitfield Partners Brian worked on the restoration of the Savoy Theatre, new galleries at Dorset County Museum, and the redevelopment of Paternoster Square. He was Project Architect for the new Building at Hereford Cathedral to re-house the Mappa Mundi and Chained Library (Royal Fine Arts Commission Building of the Year 1997), and Project Architect for both phases of the Canterbury Cathedral International Study Centre.

Green Lloyd Architects

1987 – 1991 (4 years)

At Green Lloyd Architects Brian worked on a number of small projects including the new entrance foyer for Linklaters and Paines and on the multi million pound College Hill Redevelopment for the Skinners Company. As well as working on the design and detailing he also took the role of Site Architect for 18 months on The College Hill redevelopment.
